- We need to know if you have special or additional needs before you travel with Elba-shuttle, so that we can provide you with the necessary assistance throughout your journey.
Reduced mobility passengers -
Passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility or their representative should contact us with details of any special assistance needs they may have on the day of booking or as soon as such needs become known but at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to travel.
We will then make all reasonable efforts to verify whether there is a reason which is justified on the grounds of safety which would prevent such Passenger being accommodated on the flight(s) concerned and, if so, make reasonable efforts to propose an acceptable alternative
